Team ¿CóMO? Taperia is a collaboration with our friends at ¿CóMO? Taperia. You might remember us brewing a lager with ¿CóMO? last year, but this is a different recipe than last year. We switched up the base malt and hopping schedule, but kept the same goal of making a Spanish inspired highly drinkable lager with a balanced bitterness and touch of sweetness.
