Drip Tiramisu Coffee Stout

This version of Drip is a Little Stout with Coffee from Counterpart Coffee in Squamish.
We worked together and decided to use a blend of beans from the farm region of Tarrazu, Costa Rica. Counterpart is dedicated to a short and transparent supply chain and they strive to use their purchasing power to help make a positive impact in coffee producers' lives.
This coffee is a blend of Catuai and Caturra varieties (all sub varieties of the arabica coffee plant). It's a washed coffee, so the cherries are picked, then get pulped, the seeds are washed, and then dried on concrete patios for 2 weeks. We taste notes of chocolate, hazelnut, graham cracker, and caramel.
