Experimental IPA #59 is a collaboration with our long time friends at Escarpment Labs.
They recently released a new thiol-enhanced yeast strain called Superfog so we thought we'd test it out. We decided to pair it with HS16660, a new hop variety from Hopsteiner's breeding program, that is extremely high in thiol precursors to work hand in hand with this yeast strain.
