Spacetime Legend is a collaboration with the lovely folks from Mountain Culture Brewing in Katoomba, Australia.
This Hazy IPA is brewed with a massive amount of malted and torrified wheat in the grain bill and then Dry Hopped with Citra, Centennial, and Australian Vic Secret.
Both of our breweries use a very different dry hopping schedule so we decided to combine these techniques and dry hop with each hop for various amounts of time throughout fermentation based on the character we were looking for.

Anther thick Hazy IPA from the pros.
Can class it a NEIPA , a nice tropical nose, a big flavorful IPA.
Lots of hop notes going on.
