We made this delightful IPA in honour of our upcoming Freestyle Festival, happening Mar 28th. Freestyle Hops are a terrific supplier out of New Zealand, sending joyous hop matter across the globe.
This Hazy IPA (6.5%) started with a base of Citra and Citra Cryo, then added Motueka and Riwaka, before finishing it with Waimea Cold Press Hop Juice. We smell huge tropical notes, freshly cut grass, and diesel. We taste soft luscious grapefruit, mandarin and even more freshly cut grass.
