Copenhagen 23/4 2023. 33 cl small chubby bottle from Rewe, Flensburger Markt, Flensburg. Light blue label with a two anchors. One white and one dark blue.
Pours slightly unclear yellow with a mid-sized white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin, almost transparent patch of foam floating in the middle og the glass. No lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a sweet, malty odor mingling with bit of sour grains and citrus fruit. Sweet pale malts, bread and cardboard. Gran. Hints of citrus.
Medium strong carbonation Thin, oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor Is medium intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish and a tad watery. Lingers shortly. Finish is a bit sloppy and sweetish.
Decent enough for a Supermarket coop beer. But that ain't saying much.

330ml bottle.
A: Golden, slightly hazy, not much of a head, lots of bubbles.
S: Quite hoppy in a North German way.
T: Slight hints of orange, bilded as Mild on the bottle which means not bitter in North German beer speak.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation.
O: Half decent, definitely more drinkable than the harshly bitter Pilsners from the same region.
