Clear yellow-straw color. Poured a medium head that was very noisy as it collapsed down to a thin skiff in a minute. Moderate flow of large bubbles from the bottom of the glass. Left no lacing.

Mild barnyard smell blended with an unidentified fruit. Just a bit of some light malt. Something smells "fuzzy". Swirling the glass boosted more fruit and a little more barnyard.

Starts out rather tart, but somehow it quickly gets less so; I don't think my taste buds can get accustomed to tart that quickly so something else is happening. The tart drop off happened with every mouthful. Mild fruit flavor tending towards citrus peel; more distinct than the smell, but I still can't identify it. The aftertaste is mildly bitter which works with the citrus to suggest a fruit peel or zest. A light barnyard pops up.

Starts with a little tongue tingling as it grows into a large bubbled foam. A bit gummy. Slightly astringent.

The smell is pleasant, but nothing jumps out. The flavor is a little more interesting, but still nothing jumps out. The large bubbled foam and gummy mouth feel are a bit distracting.
