This vibrant sour has been pumped up by the addition of beetroot, blackberry, and blueberry, creating a puckeringly sour and deliciously juicy beer.

Hazy gold-orange color. Poured a medium height, pink head that collapsed to a patchy skiff after a couple of minutes. Medium flow of small bubbles from the bottom of the glass. Left a few dots of lace.
Light funk smell with just a bit of something sweet. Some faint fruit. Swirling the glass kicked up a mild barnyard for a couple of seconds, then back to the original smells. Overall the scent profile is very light; some lagers have a stronger smell than this.
Very tart, but not puckeringly sour. Indistinct fruit flavors and some mild funk with the tart. Very light vegetable hops. Oddly the tart fades away leaving a mild astringency behind. The aftertaste is mostly the funk with a light tart and a touch of fruit. A mild bitter pops up and the astringency gets a bit stronger until it fades down to mostly faint tart fruit.
Mild tongue tingling, but it pops up into a coarse foam. Slightly oily feeling gets replaced by the astringency.
This had a much milder smell and flavor than I was expecting. More of an entry level kettle sour than an aggressive demonstration of flavor. I'm not sure I would change anything since this fits nicely into a niche of expanding the experience of the sour novice.
