This is one of the best Ginger beers I've had...Ive had many in the past many years ago and got away from them, because I did not like them, but this is different.
With its sharp Ginger Ale taste and feel...it has the best in a ginger beer. Spicy and flavorful. Now I have not had alot of Ginger beers, but what I have had... this is #1.
Now I will be trying more Ginger beers since now that it seems that more and more are trying to make good Ginger beers.
It is a must try for Ginger beer fanatics. Can't wait to try with my next Hot Pot.

Clear but very dark copper with a loud fizz that instantaneously dies off, i.e. this is pretty much a soda.

This smells very punchy with ginger--fresh and spicy--with a little ginger snap or molasses-infused bread or cornbread barely detectable in the background.

Taste is ultra fresh and spicy ginger, way up in your face where it will clear your sinuses rapidly and almost make you regret it, but, you won't if you love ginger. At least for me, if I'm going to have ginger, this is the way to do it! I'm all about Michigan's Vernors, and, well, when you add alcohol, hey-oh! However, if you already know that Vernors is too much for you, don't scar yourself with this one. Anyway, I get a little cherry pocked raisin bread as a base, but only a hint.

Thin, crisp, but a little sticky, with a just slightly semi-dry end.

Really will depend if you like this sort of thing. I'm not a big fan but I picked up a can to give it a try. Looks and appears as a ginger beer should and tastes of ginger ale with a big spice kick to it. I've only tried a handful and this is the best so far. Style is not really for me but worth a try if you like it or just want to have a can of something different.
