We waved our hand and used the dark side to create something deceivingly dangerous and despicably delightful. This Cascadian Dark Ale, or black IPA, has tons of roasty, chocolatey, coffee-like notes from the dark malts, but is heavily hopped to create hints of pine and citrus. You won't have to Force-choke one of these down. Join us, and together we can rule the (dark beer) galaxy.
