A 7.5% ABV Lambic-style sour ale with Roussanne wine grapes. Wild, complex barrel-aged sour beer blended from three of our Brewer’s favorite barrels on the first day of the COVID shutdown, and conditioned on white wine grapes for ten weeks before kegging just before our re-opening.
