The color is light yellow, straw, and as it should be cloudy.
Foam color is white, made of fine bubbles, very durable, beautifully painted glass.
The aroma of malt, banana, honey notes and a touch of lemon overripe.
The taste perfect, soaked wheat, dark overripe bananas, honey mixed with lemon and light acidity.
Gentian imperceptible.
Saturation fairly high, suitable for the beer. Alcohol is not perceptible, although beer on a hot day can be very treacherous.
Generally, this is not fond of beers Grimbergen, but he Wit Zomer is fantastic for me.
