From the 25 cl bottle brought home from Europe, it pours a clear coppery color with a modest light tan/off-white head that ever so slowly reduces. In the nose, it is caramel and other malts with a hint of vanilla. In the mouth, the caramel comes through, with a nice malt base.

On draft in the Nags Head pseudo-Scottish pub in Rome

Pours a dark amber. Smells of raisins and dark fruits. Taste is just ridiculously sweet. Extremely cloying, syrupy and just bad.

A: Dark amber with an almost nitrogenated looking head, multiple distinct bubble sizes.
S: Sweet vinegar, fermenting lemon.
T: Extremely sweet and syrupy making it disgusting. More like a crazy sweet and sour sauce gone bad than a beer.
M: Acidic syrup.
O: Dump, unbelievably bad. Undrinkable.
