This one pours a fairly dark black color, with a small white head, and a decent amount of lacing.
This smells like heavily roasted malt, char, burnt malt, smoke, piney hops, and light dark chocolate.
This feels fairly European in execution, as it's exceptionally bitter, as if they used quite a bit of patent malt here. It's smokey, bitter, and very roasty, with a touch of chocolate and a very present hop bitterness as well.
This is medium bodied, a bit creamy, and surprisingly full bodied, with a lingering bitterness, and a slow drinkability.
This may be a little much for some people, but it works well enough for me.

Weird aftertaste reminding me of a wet dog's smell (!). Then it evolves to herbal notes which is much more pleasant!
