Look: Cloudy orange brown, the colour of ice tea. Pours with one finger of tightly bubbled head. Semi transparent colour. Head has good retention.
Smell: Malty and grassy. Very mild.
Taste: Watery on the front end. Dark tea, and mineral water in the middle, A fake aspartame earthy flavour most noticable at the end of the sip.
Feel: Very bubbly, with a sharp soda water tangy back end.
New Ontario bills this as an Amber Ale. I would argue it isn't an Amber Ale, at all. Beer Advocate doesn't offer that as a choice of style anyways, so I've classified it as an English Mild. I was not happy with this brew, I give it a C+
