Look: Coca Cola brown with a 1/2 finger head. Head gives way after 3 minutes to a decent lacing.
Smell: Grapefruit and pine, with traces of tangerine.
Taste: Front end is surprisingly light, but the middle bursts with tangerine, grapefruit and a hint of raspberry. The back end is consistant to the midlde with raspberry becoming a bit more pronounced.
FeeL: Stimulates the top of the palate and back of the tongue. Crisp dry back end. Very wine like.
I'm not a big fan of sours, or something this dry. For my tastes it's not something I'd want again, but I think it's well enough executed. So it earns a steady B.
