Slightly Creamy. Good flavor. A slight bitterness/skunkiness flavor balanced out by the sweetness and malt flavor. Well done Golden Ale.

Sampled in a taster glass from draft at City Works on October 14, 2019. Pleasing malt notes of biscuit and honey, coupled with delicate floral and citrus aromas, make this an easy drinking golden ale that is friendly to everyone's palate.

12oz can, packaged on 06/12/17
Creamy ivory head caps a slighrly hazed golden colored ale. Intriguing fruity aroma with hints of apple, white grape, light caramel, honey, and pale malt along with some biscuity Munich malt perhaps. Sweeter in flavor with modest hop bitterness; notes of light caramel, honey, biscuit, white grape, chardonnay, and earthy hops round out the flavors. Finishes very dry with white pepper and mild earthy pine coming through. Lighter side of medium for body with nice carbonation. Overall, I really enjoyed this one. Great use of malt and hop for exquisite balance and flavor.

On tap. Golden pour with white foamy staying power. Biscuits and light sweets. Nice malty palate. Light finish with slight bitterness. Overall a balanced brew that is reminiscent of lagers. Again, spot on draught that I would definetly get again.

Taste is crisp and lemony, yeast and cracker notes with some malt in back.
Slight citrus floral nose.
Pale gold and clear with a smaller head and delicate lace.
Medium lite body, good ale to start with. 35 IBUs
