12oz draft pour into a snifter boasts an opaque cola colored body briefly floating a 1/4in tight tan head sans lacing.
Aroma is sweet chocolate nuttiness, and booze at first. The booze aroma drops as it warms.
Flavors are similar. Booze at first, then chocolate, then coconut, and finally pecan, or a nutty dryness anyway. I also may be imagining vanilla, cinnamon, and stone fruit.
Mouthfeel is medium, leaning heavy, with a cocoa grittiness, but a nice coating.
Overall very well done stout.
