Taste: tangy semi tart, yeast, crisp finish, not exactly Belgian yeast tasting. Mellow bread nose. Gold, mostly clear, with a white head and ring of lattice on glass. Medium body. Paired well with Pizza at Zazzo's. 28 IBUs
