From the website:
"Denim Viper
IPA - Triple
10.5% ABV 75 IBU
A big bold IPA that has a solid malt backbone to hold up to the onslaught of New Zealand and American hops. Dominantly NZ Rakau hops that provide pungent whiffs of ripe fruit (particularly peach) backed with bright notes of grapefruit juice, and stone fruits."
Poured from a crowler filled 12/24
It is every bit of the online description starting with a clear, read through, body floating a robust 1" fluffy head leaving artistic lacing.
Aromas and flavors of peach and apricot rest on a bed of bready malt up front are met by a bitter hop bite at the finish. Not a lick of booze warmth, but it is there in headiness.
Mouthfeel is fuller with a good carbonation bite matching the bitterness.
Overall an enjoyable triple.
