"Wet hop IPA made with Crystal and Chinook hops from Michigan. Fresh spicy, floral, and pineapple citrus aromas and flavors."
A 16oz draft pour into a pint glass shows a slightly cloudy, gold body briefly floating a 1/16" cap of white suds and leaving sheets of webbed lacing.
Aromas of fresh air join a pleasant pineapple rind and citrus combination that flows cleanly into the much more expressive flavors of floral cardamum and marigold and pineapple fruit. A pine aftertaste is noted.
Mouthfeel is medium, leaning fuller, with a stickiness and aftertaste that reminds me of much stronger ipa's.
Overall a really good example of a wet hopped ipa.
