A tiramisu inspired beer of stout proportions but displaying a golden complexion. Made with cocoa nibs, vanilla, milk sugar, and a handpicked blend of superb coffee from our friends at Sandhill Coffee. This beer has a creamy mouthfeel and sweet flavor with subtle cocoa and vanilla under a fresh, robust, and complex coffee aroma.

Had on tap. Mostly clear golden body with a white head. Aromas of the espresso and chocolate lead the nose with vanilla soaked malt and cookie dough melded in slowly through the sniff. Taste is not as melded together, distinct coffee first wave, then chocolate and general breadiness, finish by huge vanilla, table sugar and malt. Could get to tiramisu with nose easily, taste I can but it takes longer. It feels sweeter than it smells or tastes, malty with some coffee percolation, light bodied. Good golden dessert stout
