Three ingredients come into play with this beer to give it a Neapolitan ice cream flavor. It is first brewed with lots of roasted malts to deliver a chocolatey presence in the aroma, then loaded up with pure strawberries during fermentation, and finally aged over Madagascar vanilla beans. The beer is very smooth and not so sweet that you'll have to visit a dentist afterwards.
