Pours such a dark chocolate brown that just bumping the glass would shift the whole beer to black. A thin, wispy head rides the top. Aroma is bourbon, dark fruit, wood grain and roasted malt. Taste is quite nice; very bourbon with a dry finish. Some dark fruit and molasses flavors are present. This is nicely done and strongly recommended.
