Collaboration with our friends at Fiddleheads Coffee Roasters, this Brown Porter features their special dark-roasted Cold Brew coffee blend. We steeped the coffee beans in chilled beer at a generous dose of 1 lb/barrel. Fiddlebrew pours medium brown with big aroma of fresh-ground coffee and smooth notes of chocolate, molasses, and berries.

Pours a bright, milk chocolate brown with a healthy, bubbly three finger head. Aroma is deeply coffee and chocolate, with a nice bit of malt thrown in. Taste is immediately heavily coffee and...well, little else. There may be a hint of chocolate around the edges but this is all coffee, all day. As advertised.
