First off this is a cream ale brewed with Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal, brown sugar, and lactose aged with Madagascar vanilla beans and cinnamon sticks.
12 oz pour on tap into pint glass
A: Body is a clear gold yellow with a very small filmy head.
S: Smells very sweet, lots of vanilla, cinnamon, and bready sweetness.
T: Overwhelmingly sweet, loads of vanilla, and bready almost cookie like taste of sweetness cinnamon is there but not as crazy as you would think.
M: Fairly lighter to a little more medium bodied mild carbonation.
O: The tastes are very muddled in this and its way too sweet. I like the concept, but I have had Cinammon Toast Crunch cream ales that tasted far more like the cereal than this. If you are craving something sweet give this a whirl though.
