The significant flaw in this beer is already visible upon pouring. A Belgian strong need plenty of fluffy foam. This is low on carbonation and there is alsmost no foam and considering they packed this in a small wine bottle and corked it, this is probably unintended. aroma is malt and Belgium yeast witrh some spices. Taste is rather sweet first followed by pepper. Its interesting it is not bad but I expected a dry evervescent beer pale duvel or tripel type. This is more golden and sweet. I am dissapointed and I cannot really get into this beer from a Brazilian craft brewery. I was really expecting this to be great but I cannot see beyond the low carbonation.
