Blind-tasted except for the beer's name and brewery/country, zero reviews below read (yet!)...
L- A clear chestnut brown with a 5mm pale tan fine-bubble head.
S- I't mild but I do get a toasty aspect here.
T- Wohhhh-k, yes it's very toasty indeed. Decent malts follow and some hoppy dryness into the finish.
F- On balance it's a well powered hoppy beer with sufficient malty body to give balance.
O- I expect this will find fans. It's a bit hoppier than I'd usually choose, though thankfully trad hops vs anything painfully contemporary.
Review1953/scoring all done, now the reveal, I get to read the bottle lables to see what I missed! ==> Contains rye in addition to barley malt.
330ml bottle BB: 28/02/2022 Euro1.97 Bought from BeerMania/Belgium as part of a large pick-your own consignment to London.

From the can, first off I really like this new Belgian brewery, they do things quite unseen on the Belgian market. Good balance all along, not too bitter. The centennial gives it a floral and citrusy aroma and flavor. The spicy rye is there in the smell and even more in the taste. The dankness of the smell doesn't remain in the taste but the taste is much more complex and is put on the stage by a subtle mouthfeel. Well done

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
