Blind-tasted except for the beer's name and brewery/country, zero reviews below read (yet!)...
L- The head forms super-fast (even rested/chilled/poured slowly at an angle), I suggest taking it reeeal slow in case yours is similar. Pours pale straw with lots of rising CO2 and an instant vast white pillowy head. ... After a wait I then manage to pour the final 1/3 and some sediment comes with it.
S- A mild perfumed citrus note.
T- It pretty much follows the smell. A mild citrus, perhaps a mild perfumed lemon, ie more focus of the perfume of lemon than being a full-front acidic attack. Hoppy dry in the finish too. 'Carbonic' too, ie the dry/austere taste/feel on the palate you get from dissolved CO2 in plain soda water.
F- CO2 in the mouth is good. It feels thin though and I'm noticing it's seeming to become a bit sharp.
O- I don't like it, though it's something different and might find fans - perhaps on the hipster fringe? My biggest -ve is that it doesn't taste much at all like beer. The malts seem so low visibility; I don't register them at all. The citrus/lemon dryness thus dominates this unusually austere beer. I can finish it, it's not undrinkable, but really wonder what demographic this style is aimed at. One of the most unexpectedly underwhelming beers I've had recently, certainly from the last 100.
Review #1890/scoring all done, now the reveal, I get to read the bottle lables to see what I missed! ===> Ingreds include: barley malt, wheat, spelt, spices. Bottle conditioned.
330ml bottle BB: 04/02/2023 Bought from BeerMania/Belgium as part of a large pick-your own consignment to London.

Pours cloudy pale wheat coloured into a tulip glass, good carbonation; sparse fluffy white head is two-three fingers high.
Aroma is all witbier with slightly tart cereal, some citrus zest, slight herbal coriander influence and something a little akin to natural rubber in the background.
The flavour isn't as solid as I was expecting; the yeast and the citrus making up the majority of the flavour but still underwhelming and tad more bitter than originally thought. There is some good biscuity and cereal base flavours permeating the whole of the beer as well as an earthy component which gives it a nice balance in the face of the bittersweet orange zest and pith.
Feel is light-medium bodied with decent carbonation and a wet finish; the sediment giving it a slightly fuller edge.
Overall it's a very safe witbier, unoffensive and easy to sip on.
