Hard to find, but we'll worth it. Yeah they make an IPA, a couple of stouts, and an Irish Red Ale, but the stars are the German beers brewed in strict accordance to reitheitsgebot. Can't make your mind? They'll set you up with flights of 16 or 21 samples. All this and cigar friendly too ( they sell sticks on site.)

up there with the funky buddha lounge as one of my favorite breweries we got to visit during our florida trip. they do an awfully nice job, and their story and space are cool. apparently also run a turkish craft brewery, but the beers are fully german influenced, which is a neat combination, and its all very inspired. tiny space, with a long bar but not much room inside to chill, in a weird and hard to find sort of artsy meets homeless neighborhood, endearing yes, but a little rough around the edges. comfortable inside though, big windows behind the taps reveal a decent sized brew operation, and the selection is very good, heaps of german styles, some inventive stuff, strong ales, coffee beers, nitro offerings, its all here. we loved the oatmeal coffee stout, and also had a ball with the smoked wheat (rauchweizen), and were less stoked on the dubbel and the hefe, but the quality is there and they have the bases covered in terms of style. pretty and kind barkeep with an attractive european accent of some kind, artwork to match, with a large photo staged like a mural in an intimate backroom that i would think would be the streets of an austrian village, maybe danish, its hard to tell, but it casts a cool vibe, its friendly, warm, and unique. they have a really cool thing going here, i hope they do well, and i would suggest a visit to anyone up for a little adventure. quality beer makes it for me, especially the oatmeal coffee stout. worth seeking out...
