On-tap at Fat Patties, Bluffton, SC
A: The beer is jet black in color. It poured with a large tan head that left a patch of bubbles on the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of cold brew coffee are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has lots of flavors of cold brew coffee along with faint hints of vanilla beans in the finish. There is a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels a bit shy of being medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This is definitely a good morning brew as it has lots of coffee flavors. The only drawback is that there isn't much in the way of vanilla beans.
