Our version of a Hybrid West Coast IPA. Pine and Resin in the back from Centennial Hops. Rounded out with El Dorado in the nose. We use some Crystal malt but not a ton just enough to feel it.

Served on tap at Fat Patties/Salt Marsh in Bluffton. Orange in color with haze an a collar of foam. Nice tropical and peach aromas, with some pine and doughy bread. Pine and grapefruit come through in the flavor, but still retaining enough juicy tropical/pineapple/apricot flavors that the wife didn't totally hate it. Quite nice!
