This beer pours a rich clear amber with a solid head. The aroma is fairly mild, with big grapefruit and orange peel notes, and a moderate amount of pine and lemon. The flavor is mild and pleasant, with grapefruit as the dominant characteristic, with accompanying flavors of lemon, orange, pine, bread malts, and moderate bitterness. The mouthfeel is quite full, with lots of bright foamy carbonation. Overall this is a pretty tasty beer, but maybe a touch heavy for an APA - both in color and malt content. Still, quite nice.

This beer pours an amberish color. The head was very bubbly and frothy. The nose had a very citrusy hoppy smell to it. The taste is hop forward. The malt is more subdued and comes later. Not wattery feeling at all. A very pleasing beer, and I'll pick up some more the next time I'm in the area.
