Deep hazy and murky brown color. Super foamy and frothy light brown 3-4 finger head, lasting around 10-15 minutes, with decent legs and swirl reaction. Gorgeous crowning here. Flavors of cinnamon, toffee, cherries, light grapefruits, barley, Belgian yeast, ginger, and herbal hops. Slick and smooth medium to full body with extra crispy carbonation, highly explosive. Medium to strong strength finish, feels mostly bready and leafy, ends a bit sour and fruity, with some typical red ale spices. Indeed a cheerful brew being nothing close to flat, a bit festive but nothing really intense regarding the weird spices (gentle candy cane feel). The IPA profile is not dominant, so the balance is pretty good as is the freshness. Overall very good quality craft.

L- Pours a cloudy brown/amber topped by a thick off-white head. Remarkable retention and tons of lacing.
S- Sweet and yeasty aroma
T- Malty sweetness paired with a mellow bitterness. Semi-sweet.
F- Medium-Light body with moderate carbonation.
O- My first "Red" IPA but a good one for sure. A good mix of sweetness from the red ale side of the family with a nice mellow hop flavour. I personally think this beer could benefit from a bit more hops but either way, a good beer to pick up next time you can!
