The very easy to drink, Malt Missenden Pale Ale was brewed specifically to be a lower strength session ale. A light amber ale, it’s a big favourite on the brewery Tasting Bar.

From a 500ml bottle.
L: Crystal clear, lustrous, amber colour. Plenty of visible carbonation and a huge, foamy, off-white head.
S: Sweet & woody malt.
T: Toffee plus hints of grass, wood & tobacco. Moderate bitterness.
F: Medium body and super smooth. Just enough richness from the malt plus a grassy, hoppy tang.
O: Very pleasant, traditional, English pale ale. Smooth malt base with a refreshing, bitter finish. At just 3.6% ABV this is a good example of a British session ale. Balanced, bittering hops, malt-forward, highly drinkable.
