On tap at the brewery.
Clear light orange with a white head with good retention and lacing this looks solid. Nose is sour with Brett and lacto with some vinegar notes. Vinous with white wine. A touch of dough and cereal. Palate opens sour with a blend of lemon and lactic sourness, yogurt and buttermilk like. Definite acetic notes are present. Sour on the finish, with a mild cereal character that lingers. Solid
