On tap at the brewery.
Beet red with a thin pink head. Nose is a brilliant roasted red beet character,deep, mildly jammy, earthy and musty. Lemony, mildly mineral. The palate is like a roasted beet lemonade. Earthy, sweet, roasted beet along with lemony sourness. Minimal funk. Drying on the finish with a lingering lemon and beet flavor. Completely unlike anything I've had before. I'd love to pair this with a red velvet cake with a sharp cream cheese frosting.
