taster at brewery. Hazy golden pour with a thin white head. faint weizen notes of banana and clove. Taste is weak, bland and watery, the weizen notes just barely there. This whole flight has been a disaster. Good loocation, terrible beer.

Taster at the brewery, May 20, 2016. These are notes I emailed to myself.
L: nice head 1F good retention to lacing and ring. hazy straw color
S: light citrus lemon and orange peel and some coriander light wheat muted
T: light wheat, some citrus peel and a little bit of coriander. good but not forward.
F: light body medium carbonation. crisp, refreshing
O: nice example of the style
This is a brand-new brewery; I was there on their second afternoon of operation. I think long-term they are going to be up there with Kane and Carton amongst the best in New Jersey.
