Served on tap in a pint glass
Appearance - The beer is served a clear golden color with a one finger head of white foam. The head fades very fast leaving a little bit of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell - The aroma is light overall. There are some faint aromas of a bready and grainy smell mixed with a touch of a yeasty smell.
Taste - The taste begins with a rather crisp cracker malt flavor that is mixed with a little big of a light fruit taste. As the taste advances some caramel flavors take the place of the light fruit. Some yeast and a bit of a bready taste develop at the end and with a little bit of a hay and grassy flavor, one is left with a rather crisp taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel - The body of the brew is light and crisp with a carbonation level that is slightly higher. For the tastes and style of the brew the feel is nice and makes for a very easy sippin brew overall.
Overall - A decent blond ale with a easy drinking feel. A good more session like brew, but nothing all that outstanding in the end.
