Served on tap in a pilsner style glass
Appearance – The beer is served a clear very light straw color with a one finger head of fizzy white foam. The head fades very fast leaving a tiny bit of lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma of the brew is light overall with just a bit of caramel and grain as well as a touch of hay.
Taste – The taste is light and crisp with a cereal grain and cracker backbone mixed with a little bit of caramel sweetness. These tastes are predominating throughout and are joined by a touch of herb, light stone fruit, and hay at the end to leave one with a crisp taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is thin with a carbonation that is high. Great for the style and very crushable in feel.
Overall – An very easy drinking low alcohol brew. A bit richer in flavor then most light brews, but similar in stature. Good for sessioning and warm days!
