A: solid amber color with some nice burnt caramel colors as well. Head is an off-white film
S: banana, clove, pear, lemongrass, pepper, bubblegum, and wheat
T: banana, clove, and pear. There is a noticeable coriander flavor as well. Sweet malt and wheat. Bubblegum to finish
M: medium mouth with strong carbonation
O: it's an ok beer. Smell is better than the taste, which could pop just a bit more. Not bad, but there is room for improvement

On-tap @ Twin Elephant Brewing Co. in Chatham, NJ.
Served in a 16 oz nonic pint glass. Cloudy and deep gold with a tall white head. Good retention on the head, but it would have been nice to have a weissbier glass to hold the large head.
Bright aroma of banana and clove. Flavor follows suit and is very clean and true to style. Carbonation is high, as it should be, but the beer feels a bit prickly and thin rather than soft and creamy.
A nice representation of a traditional Bavarian weissbier. The flavors are there, it just needs some tweaking to nail the body of the beer.
