This beer is a hazy orange color with a thick white head. The aroma is lemon and other citrus fruits with a hint of wheat, The taste is lemon and tangerine. The mouthfeel is full for a wheat beer and the finish is dry. This is an enjoyable beer and will be more enjoyable when it's out.

Reviewed the day after can release. Poured into Twin Elephant pint glass. It pours a cloudy, muddy apricot color with a huge, fluffy, bright white head and lacing that never really dissipated. The nose features cracker, grass, lemon peel, tangerine, and faint hops. There is a lot more citrus in the taste, both sweet and tart. I'm tasting lemon and tangerine, along with wheat cracker, white wine, and a hint of vanilla. The blend of Hallertau Blanc, Rakau, and Cascade hops is flavorful and not overly bitter. This ale has a nice, full mouth feel, with moderate carbonation, and at 5.5% ABV you can have a second pour without feeling overly heavy. Overall, this is a well-made Pale Wheat Ale with lots of taste but not a lot of heaviness. I'm a little surprised that Twin Elephant released it in December. This would be a great summer beer.

Mosaic & Simcoe. Growler. Hazy dark yellow small head.
Smells like sugared pineapple mosaic body odor tangerine.
Feels smooth and buttery thick with lively carb and a refreshing crispness.
Taste is some juice a some wheat. maybe even a tiny bit tart in the finish.
Overall a good wheat pale. I don't usually love the style but this is good.
