Pint on draught at the brewery. It pours an opaque, pastel yellow color with a thin, milk white head and a thin sheen of creamy lacing. The smell is fantastic! Fragrant lemon, tangerine, ripe honeydew melon, peach, and a whiff of vanilla. It's as fruity a smell as you'll experience. The taste opens super fruity with both sweet melon and peach and tart citrus, followed by oats and vanilla, and a flavorful blend of Vic Secret and Southern Cross hops. The hops are delicate and not bitter at all. There is a slight pepper taste and yeast burn at the finish. Its feel is plush and creamy with pleasant carbonation, and the 7% ABV gives it nice substance without overpowering the flavors. Overall, this is a superb American IPA with a great blend of sweet fruit and tart citrus. The delicate hop profile is balanced by a peppery bite at the finish. Jersey's Best Dancer has something for everyone!

 

A: hazy mix of burnt orange and matte yellow color. Head is a solid white

S: apricot, mango, pineapple, apricot, caramel, crackers, strawberry, orange zest

T: sweet oranges, peach, sweet pineapple and mango. There is a hint of herbal bitterness, but this is mostly a juice bomb. Tons of sweet orange in here

M: medium with mid carbonation. Very much on par with the NE style IPAs

O: this is a very good juice bomb beer. Juicy and sweet with a hazy mouthfeel
