A: hazy pale yellow and light orange color with a matte finish and a 1/2 finger white head
S: pineapple, melon, guava, pomegranate, dragon fruit, apricot, banana, orange zest, blueberry cobbler and a dry crackery malt note
T: dank earthy blueberry cobbler, passionfruit , apricots, tangerines, sweet melon, ripe mango, and a hint of peach. Some strawberry as well. Touch of biscuit dough as well
M: medium mouthfeel with low-moderate carbonation
O: a pretty nice IPA. Blueberry cobbler and sweet fruit is dominant in the flavor. A touch flat on mouthfeel, but that doesn’t detract too much

I had this on draught at the brewery. Pint pour. The color is a turbid, dirty-gold with a thin, milk-white head and soapy lacing. The nose is rather subdued with light grapefruit, lemon peel, pine needles, oats, and grass. The first thing I tasted was tart, bitter lemon, grapefruit, resinous pine, oats, and a subtle sweet tangerine. The hops bite hard and there are pepper notes at the finish. This ale features lively carbonation, is medium-bodied, and the 7.2% ABV gives it substance without being distracting. Overall, this is a crisp and refreshing American IPA. I wish the taste featured more oats. I like that taste, as exemplified by North Peak's Stormy Oat IPA. Nonetheless, there's lots of upside to this offering.
