A: matte burnt orange, caramel, and pale yellow on the top

S: huge melon aroma, sweet citrus, honey, mango, tangerine, crackers, and creamsicle

T: loads of honey and sweet mango upfront. Sweet orange, melon, and creamsicle behind that. Light caramel and some earthy lemongrass. This is a super sweet IPA, but it works really well. Honey is dominant

M: medium mouthfeel with almost no carbonation

O: sweet IPA. Honey is the protagonist here, and the hops take a back seat. It doesn’t have the mouthfeel of a DIPA, but it has the sweetness. I dig it

On draught at the brewery. Pint pour. It has a classic NE IPA appearance: opaque, murky brownish-gold with almost a finger of foamy, bright white head that dissipated slowly leaving lots of soapy lacing. It's a really pretty pour. The aroma features lemon, grapefruit, honey dew melon, and light floral hops. It's pleasant but refined. Wow, the taste is out of this world good!: up front there's melon, honey, oats, cherry, and slightly tart citrus. The blend of Citra, Amarillo, and Denali hops is delicate but flavorful. The hops compliment the other flavors and don't overwhelm them. On the whole, this is a fairly sweet IPA and the honey becomes more prevalent as the glass warms. There is noticeable alcohol heat throughout. This ale has a super creamy, silky mouth feel with pleasant carbonation, and there's quite a kick to the 7.5% ABV. Overall, this is exquisite: the flavors blend very well and the mouth feel is great. Some reviewers might find it a tad sweet but it compliments other Twin Elephant beers. I really hope TE brews this IPA again.
