A: almost shiny, hazy pale orange color with a 1/2 finger marshmallow white head
S: sweet grapefruit, strawberry, pineapple, orange zest, and a nice bready note as well. Tropical and juicy smelling. Makes your mouth water
T: pineapple, apricot, bitter grapefruit upfront. Apricot, raw mango, and orange zest and pine behind that. Crackery malt backbone behind everything that adds a touch of sweetness at the end. Decent amount of bitterness
M: medium mouthfeel, with mid-low carbonation
O: more on the bitter side, but drinkable. It’s a hazy pale ale that drinks like a west Coast one. Could use a touch more depth from the hops, but nothing wrong with it
