Usually love Hefes but this one was a bit too weird. It's some kind of Hefe hybrid that lends itself to a quickly dissapating head; imagine that with a Hefeweizen where there is barely any head. It's dreadful. It too carbonated and the mouthfeel is watery. This is one level up from a homebrew. Don't recommend this.

A: pale straw color that is slightly hazy. Had on tap so no head, but it’s bright white
S: wheat, lemongrass, grass, grains, sweet malt
T: wheat, lemongrass and grains. Sweet generic malt and a touch of coriander
M: light mouthfeel with high carbonation
O: not impressed with this one. Doesn’t taste much like a Hefe at all, tastes almost like a sweet adjunct Lager
