A: a light ruby red color with a hint of purple and copper in there. Thin, off-white Head
S: guava, watermelon, wheat, strawberry, lemongrass, grassy grains, and a floral note to end with a touch of biscuit
T: massive guava upfront, like biting into one. Huge floral (I’m assuming g hibiscus) note. Wheat, Green apple and white grape...almost vinous. A bit biscuit note behind that. A touch of tart grape to finish
M: light mouthfeel with high carbonation
O: a light beer that is super floral. The fruit character in here is raw and in your face, in a good way. It’s like an interesting combination of beer and wine in the flavor. Better than your standard wheat ale for sure
