Labeled as a Brut IPA
A: slightly hazy. Bright, yet pale, straw yellow color. Head poured 1 finger, settles quickly as I’m typing this
S: oniony garlicky Joren upfront with sharp pineapple behind that. Some juicy, earthy citrus aromas behind that as well...grapefruit and orange. Some crackers and pear towards the end
T: orange, grapefruit, and pineapple upfront. A touch of earthy sweetness and dried pears as well. Dry crackery malt and some more grapefruit towards the end
M: light mouthfeel with high carbonation which makes it effervescent in the mouth. It’s also extremely dry
O: this one clocks in at 6.7, but it’s extremely drinkable. The dryness is a unique element that plays well with the juiciness of the hops
