Good IPA, if I had added it, I would have been tempted to label it a NEIPA based on the color and fruity juiciness, but I would have been wrong!!! There is more going on here and the more generic American IPA fits better!!! Poured from a 16 oz. can into a pint glass, this beer features a hazy straw yellow color, a medium sized foamy white head and tons of thick foamy lacing on the glass. Head retention is good, but I thought it would be even longer lasting on top of all that lacing.. Aroma and taste feature grapefruit and pineapple, some bready malt and a touch of lactose (not enough to ruin the mouthfeel). the bitterness level was moderate despite the lactose. Mouthfeel was somewhat crisp and bitter, minimized a bit by the lactose which added some smoothness. On the whole, very drinkable!!!

A pleasing IPA. The lactose is subtle on this one.

This beer lives up to its foggy namesake with a yellowy tan thickness that is impossible to see through. I'm drinking a different batch of the beer than earlier reviews based on the date and the ABV listed at 7.4%. The smell is pineapple with a slight sting of green onion. Very drinkable with flavor matching the smell, a lot of pineapple and green onion. I'm getting a decent amount of carbonation in the beer and it has a think and creamy mouth feel, the taste hangs in your mouth. I had a pint in the tasting room and had to bring home a growler.

A: super hazy pale yellow color with a sudsy 1/2 finger bright white head

S: onion & garlic, pineapple, passion fruit. Strawberry and creamy sweetness. Dry crackers in the aroma as well

T: aggressive punch of the onion & garlic upfront. The Mosaic makes itself known. Sweet lemons and orange behind that. A touch of bread as well

M: fluffy medium mouthfeel with low carbonation

O: pretty good IPA here. It has the NE sweetness, but also a nice aggressive punch of mosaic hops help to balance it out

I had this on draught at the brewery on its release date. Pint pour. It pours a turbid, opaque, pale yellow-straw color with brownish hues, and a thin, eggshell colored cap and thin coating of creamy lacing. Its nose features lemon, lime, onion, a whiff of lactose, and mild fragrant hops. It's a dank IPA with notes of lemon, lime, grapefruit, honeydew melon, and a hint of lactose, followed by a bitter blend of Lemon Drop, Citra, and Mosaic hops that packs a bite. It finishes with a dose of pepper and a slightly astringent yeast burn. All of the flavors are distinct. The best attribute of this ale is its mouth feel: thick and creamy with pleasant carbonation, and a punchy 6.6% ABV. Overall, this IPA is not subtle: the tastes are bold and it has a feel that makes it fun to drink. It would pair well with pizza but works great for casual drinking - especially as the first beer after work on a Friday afternoon.
